This is the ultimate project for me making a entire car from pieces of metal. A D type or 356 are at the top of my list.

This one would be easier I think, a 356 would be much more hammering. Find an old aircraft bone yard, a shearing machine and some rivets! The nose and the tail are the hardest bits.
